Hyper-Rational Brief is the brief format Solid State actually uses internally — productized as a skill.
Every claim is graded: observed (primary source), inferred (reasoning chain shown), or opinion (labeled as such). The output strips marketing-speak and the AI-writing tells (em-dashes everywhere, "delve", "navigate the landscape", "in today's fast-paced world", etc.).
Outputs: a markdown brief structured as Question → Answer → Evidence → Caveats → Open threads. Includes an inline source list and a confidence score per major claim.
