A persona is what you get when you give an agent a job description. Same underlying model, but constrained voice, fixed toolset, and a defined scope of authority. The same base model can be a sales operator, a chief of staff, or a research analyst depending on the persona it runs under. Personas make agents feel like coworkers instead of generic chatbots.
